Hello and Welcome to My Website.

I am Phulkumar Dey, a Development Officer associated with LIC of India for the past 12 years.

As you may be already aware of, LIC is India’s oldest and largest Life Insurance Company. I recruit and train individuals to build a successful career in Insurance agency business. Over the last 12 years, I have mentored more than 80 agents as a part of my team.

I strongly believe that “Success is a sum effort of small but consistent efforts every day” and hence conduct regular trainings to upgrade my team’s morale as well as knowledge.
